Navigating to almost anywhere in the city or the neighboring boroughs has never been easier. The Artezen Hotel is conveniently located across the street from Fulton Street Station Hub in Downtown as well as a connection to the New Jersey Transit System. Taxi and private car services are also available for crosstown trips, late-night outings, and transportation to and from any one of the three airports - John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia and Newark in New Jersey. Below are the nearest subway stations to our hotel, along with some helpful information on pricing and fees to get around the city with ease.

Parking

We work with both GMC Parking and City Parking.

GMC Parking is an indoor parking lot, 3 short blocks from the hotel and is located at 31 Gold Street. We are able to get our guests a discounted price of $45 plus taxes per 24 hours. There are no in and out privileges. The garage is open 24/7.

For additional parking, we also work with City Parking, an indoor parking lot, 4 short blocks from the hotel located on 15 Cliff Street. They offer a price of $57 plus taxes per 24 hours. There are no in and out privileges. The garage is open 24/7.

Parking is limited and on a first come, first serve basis and you cannot reserve a parking space in advance. We have no affiliation with GMC Parking or City Parking.

If parking at GMC Parking, please let the Front Desk know you have parked at the garage before you go pay, and they will provide you with a discounted parking sticker that you can affix to your claim ticket. Present your claim ticket to the cashier at the parking garage when paying for and picking up your vehicle.

Please note, the discounted parking sticker only applies to GMC Parking.

If parking at City Parking, please let the parking attendant know you are a guest at the Artezen Hotel as parking is limited.

Taxi Service:

Taking a taxi is not always the most cost-effective mode of transportation in Manhattan but is oftentimes the quickest and easiest way to get around town. A member of our expert concierge staff can help arrange for a taxi or private car service upon request.

John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) 16.9 miles
NYC Taxis offer a flat fare of $70.00 plus tolls and fees for either direction for JFK totaling approximately $82.00. NYC Taxis impose a $5.00 surcharge during peak hours (4-8pm weekdays, excluding holidays.) There is also a NY State tax of $0.50 added to trips within New York. Tips are additional and at your discretion.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA) 9.3 miles
NYC Taxis, which use a meter for LaGuardia, cost approximately $40.00-$50.00 plus a toll of $8.00 for either direction for LaGuardia, and can be more expensive based on traffic delays, etc. Tips are additional and at your discretion. There is a $1.00 peak-time surcharge for trips from 4pm to 8pm on weekdays. There is a $0.50 surcharge for trips from 8pm to 6am daily. There is also a NY State tax of $0.50 added to trips within New York.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) 14.3 miles
NYC Taxis, which use a meter for Newark, cost approximately $75.00 plus tolls plus a $17.50 Newark Surcharge. During weekday rush hours - mornings (6am to 9am) and afternoons (4pm to 7pm) and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm) - there is an additional $0.50 surcharge to all points in the State of New York for an approximate cost of $110.00. Tips are additional and at your discretion.

Shuttle buses are $45.00 per person each way for John F. Kennedy (JFK) and have multiple stops so they will take longer than the direct route of the taxi. $105.00 including toll plus any wait time. Wait time is billed in 10 minute increments of $10.00 First 30 minutes for domestic and the first 45 minutes for international flight waiting is free. SUV prices are $160.00 and can accommodate up to 6 people.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA) 9.3 miles
$85.00 including toll plus any wait time. Wait time is billed in 10 minute increments of $10.00 First 30 minutes for domestic and the first 45 minutes for international flight waiting is free. SUV prices are $120.00 and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) 14.3 miles

The first 30 minutes of wait time for domestic flights and the first 45 minutes of wait time for international flights is complimentary. Wait time after that is charged in 10 minute increments at $10.00 each.
